Will be back in 9 Oct. I will be flying there alone. Excited? Scared? .. yes. Lol.

I am flying there alone, but VS Sassoon Singapore staff will be there to fetch me :) They will be there earlier to prepare everything..

Anyway Sunday was spent celebrating Q's 22nd birthday.. His hair used to be very Q last time.. That's why since Secondary School we call him Q mor till now. Hahaha.

Redoxon is very amazing..just put one tablet into plain water..it will melt super fast..then drink it.

Last time used to be orange flavour only.. I don't like. I prefer the blackcurrent one now :) Go try ba.. :) Anyway I am super happy :) Didn't know PWC building is walking distance to my office.. I can meet Jennifer for lunch :) Hehe. Ok..till then lovelies :) Take care and drink more water! :)

Went "Player's" with my colleagues after work and lesson.. :)

I am back from Bangkok :) Really enjoy myself with Violet and the rest :)

I am a certified "road crosser" now! wink* Traffic in Thailand is really bad! but I survived :)
Brought lots of things..<3 but spend less than sgd700 in total..including hotel $ :)
Clothes, Shoes, Bags..etc..all super cheap @ Bangkok.
I fall in love with that place already :)
Not as dangerous as what I thought too :) Must go once a year to stock up my wardrobe from now onwards :) No more buying clothes in Sg :) ..

Didn't take much pics though..because we are busy shopping and eating :)
Anyway..lucky I took off from work today..if not I sure sleep in office. Haha..
I slept whole day today..My parents thought I fall sick lo. So funny.

Universal Studio Singapore (USS) :))
This is my 2nd time going to USS <3 This time I think USS is smaller compared to the first time I went. Haha. Maybe because I am abit familiar with the place already. That's why.

But nevertheless, I still enjoy myself very much with Vin and Aprille :)) <3

Lucky nothing happen to us. Bf and I spot a school of swordfish!

Spot the swordfish-es! The seawater look very clear and shallow.. I thought is below my knee. But when I jump in..is ard my shoulder. So be careful!

You can see the seabed doesn't mean the water is shallow!..

I ask the kelong owner if he know that there are swordfishes in the sea..because I find it very dangerous for that little boy to swim in the sea just to park all the kayak boats ~~(his job)~~.. He say the little boy know how to avoid danger..Omg :(

Hello :) I am back from Kelong - Indonesia :) Totally fall in love with the place!

Don't feel like coming back home at all :( BOO! Kelong is my dream house!

~~But the 1.5hrs ferry ride "thru and fro" was horrible, I almost vomited!~~
Took around 400 pics in total! Check it out on my FB page! :) Every pics is just so breathtaking and beautiful :) I like it so much ;)

I love the clear blue sea so so much..How I wish I was born there! I want to swim in the sea everyday! Oh ya..~~random~~ I tried fishing too! But somehow I don't quite enjoy fishing, I find myself very cruel when I fish them up from the sea..because the next moment I see them, is on the dining table. Horrible feeling..I feel like a murderer.. Haha.

Hello :) We are back from Batam :))

Just 2 days 1 night - over the weekend trip.

Sorry for the late update. I was sick for the past 2 days, went home half way from work yesterday..Finally get out of my bed today :) Throat still burning hot though :( Eat too much durian ba..hehe. Serve me right. But fever subside-d le.. ;) wink. ~~I am strong :)~~

My mum say my appetite still very big despite falling sick.. Lol.

I finish up dad's chocolate too. ~~He just scold me.. :( Boo..~~

Anyway..I feel 1 hour younger at Batam :) Indonesia time and SG time is 1 hour diff.
Kind of funny though..Batam and Singapore is only around 30mins ferry ride away.. so near.. but got time zone difference..?? Why ah?

Yesterday was an AWESOME and Long day for me :) Too tired to blog last night.. :)
Photoshoot with Famous make up artist (Kate Aguilar - Make up artist for Hot Stuff magazine and many more) and of course Famous photographer (My Friend - Vin Valencia)
I look very "fresh" in the pics?.. not the usual me. I had center parting hair for my close up face shoot, as well as Avant Garde look with blood red lips (Geisha look).. :)

Right after the photoshoot I went to watch NDP :) Thanks to HanXian for the 3 tickets :) I told him I thought I don't have chance to watch NDP this year le, cause I went to ballot and did not get the tickets..he ask me to expect the unexpected from my Xue Zhang (Senior).. Funny lo :) But much appreciated :)) Thanks HanXian :)) Singapore is so beautiful..I love the view from the floating platform :) I am a proud Singaporean.. :) Pics coming up soon :)

Today suppose to be a happy and relaxing day..
...cycling at Ubin, enjoying the scenery, visit the villager's chief, uncle - at his place..and of course to visit "ZEC!!!" ~~as usual~~.. - Our fav friend in Ubin..
Every time we go Ubin..we will cycle pass the villager's chief house..stop by to chat with him and to play with his pet "ZEC"! ~~ZEC understands Hokkien :)~~

This is my first time backpacking, taking budget airline (JetStar), staying in hostel (Sharing a room with so many people), making and seeing my own "孔明灯" fly up to the sky (eng - wishing/sky lantern), see fireflies, go water rafting and of course..my first time going overseas with my big tree boyfriend! :) hehe..I realise many people keep calling my boyfriend "Big Tree" in my formspring.. that's so cute :))

I brought 4 sets of clothes only ..because I assume I will "sure" buy clothes when I reach Taiwan. -__-" In fact..Most of us only brought 4 sets of clothes over..~~misconception~~..
so we end up have to use the washing machine in the hostel to wash our clothes. Fun much! :) repeating our clothes too..lols.

Ignore my "ah ma's" specs casing in the pic above. I can't find any at home.. That's why I have to use that :( ..throughout the trip I have been hiding my specs casing under my pillow :( Hope no one notice it.. hehe.
Anyway I didn't find any cheap and nice clothes in Taiwan.. and those cheap ones are those I don't like..boo!

But I say since it's a backpack-ing trip..I insist to carry a backpack -__-" ~~Actually I wanted to help him share his load that's why I carry the samsonite bag over..but he refused to let me help him throughout the trip :(~~

Hello Sunny Sunday :) I went for a swim today..

Gosh. I hate dust! I crazily clean-ed the whole house before meeting my sis for dinner just now. I pack my drawers too. Saw my journals..super hilarious. I threw all away after reading it.. See.. ~~I didn't blog for the seek of attention~~. I have the habit of writing journal since young. I have 6 books! But this also prove that writing journal does NOT help to improve my English! Dead tired :( I am waiting for my dad and mum to come home now. I feel so bad.. my hp batt went flat..my parents went NgeeAnn city to fetch me after my work, but they couldn't contact me. I call them 1 hr plus later after I reach home and charge my phone.. They are still at NgeeAnn city now.. :( I have been sleeping right after I reach home everyday..now then I realize I have been neglecting my family due to work :( how? I have been neglecting my friends too.

Hit my first exhibition target :)) Feeling so happy!!! Smiling non stop since yesterday..
My dad and mum gave up nagging at me after seeing me so happy :)) Hehe.
Anyway..something bad is..I have to carry everything home after each exhibition ~~quite heavy~~..manage to hide everything under my bed before my parents reach home today! Heng ah..If not they will nag at me for making myself so tired. Haha.
Pheww..Time for a good rest :))) I am eating ba zhang now..ba zhang is my breakfast, dinner and supper for yesterday and today. Lol. my gastric is really bad.. no more ba zhang after today! :) I don't wanna fall sick :)

I am sitting at the corner-most sit. Hehe. Feels more like an office here..the pantry size is like my office in DBSv comtech already -__-" cause there is only one office ba. 90plus people working together, unlike Dbsv. But..something I don't like is..the toilet is at the other end! I have to walk pass 90plus people in order to go toilet.. :(

The table is so similar to Dbsv..~~plus I am using DBS calendar~~..
When the IT staff call me to test my phone..I tell him I am Sabrina from DBSv. -__-"

Just that I wonder how long can I survive! My weekend is totally burn-ed. I have no time for other things...~~other than work.~~ When I am home..I have no time to blog! have to recruit people, reply to their emails.. set aside time to interview them. Gosh. My next off day is next Wed and Thurs.

:) Whee..I am charging my iphone4 white now :) So excited..
Hehe. I can't sleep last night..~~partly is because of my iphone4 white?~~

I am thinking of bling-ing my iphone to something like this iPhone Diamond Edition which cost around 20k in England..lol. But on the other hand..I think bling-ing the phone is very ah lian + cheena.. lol. Maybe I will leave it as it is ~~very my style~~. Nonetheless, I have to thank my dad for waking up early this morning to drive me to Singtel HQ, and thanks my bf for paying for my iphone4 (my super belated 22nd birthday present) Lol.. :)
But the sad thing is I have to pay my own hp bill from now on! roar :(

I don't feel like sharing the recipe seriously.. because I want to impress others by making cheesecake.

Now that you know the recipe..you will realise how easy it is to make cheesecake! Roar!

First..you have to get all this items below :

Total cost is around $14.70?
We are suppose to make fruit pie..end up making cheesecake instead..because one auntie from NTUC teach us how to make..then we decide to give it a try..

Put the digestive biscuit in a ziploc bag..

Stir the butter till the butter melt..

Add the biscuit in..

Tadah..here's the base of the cheesecake. Easy hor..

Put in the refrigerator for 30mins! Don't forget ah..

Next..

Melt the cheese..

Add one teaspoon of Gelatine.. Lol. Seriously, we forget to add yesterday -__-"

Buy more cheese! If not you can only make a small cheesecake like us..Lol

We transfer the biscuit to a small plate. Lol. Not enough cheese.

Spread the cheese on top of the biscuit.

Add fruits topping if you want..

Prepare the top coat (jelly)..

Decorate the cheesecake..

Add the jelly topping..

Put in the refrigerator for 45mins..
Tadah..heres our cheesecake! :) First attempt! Easy to make hor?

Quite nice..but is super fattening.
